On behalf of our client, a leading creative powerhouse located in the heart of downtown Montreal, we are looking for a Creative Service Coordinator.

This is a 8-month temporary position where you will act as the operational backbone for the team to ensure their creative visions come to life seamlessly.

Responsibilities
As the primary operational support for the creative team, your duties will include:
Workflow Coordination: Supporting the team in managing the daily flow of the graphic, video, and visual production teams.
Project Management: Utilizing Monday.com and other project management platforms to track the progress of internal campaigns.
Approval Management: Managing the PageProof system to ensure all creative assets are reviewed and approved on schedule.
Translation Support: Leveraging AI tools to assist with translation tasks for various creative materials.
Studio Support: Assisting the photo studio team during Friday shoots, ensuring the production runs smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications
Our client is seeking a professional who is operational and organized, rather than a creative designer, but who possesses a deep appreciation for the design mindset.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with Monday.com or similar project management platforms.
Familiarity with approval systems (e.g., PageProof).
Ability to use AI tools for translation purposes.
Language Skills: Bilingualism is required, with a strong English-speaking profile (Anglophone) and professional fluency in French.

This company takes all reasonable means to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires this where it is necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to fulfil these job duties. Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English (oral and written). In particular, this position will require the employee to:
-communicate with English-speaking clients/partners/employees located outside Quebec on a regular basis
-work on client projects, products or deliverables that are required to be delivered to clients in English
