Advantages
Compensation: Base salary of $45,000 to $55,000 per year, negotiable based on experience. A semi-annual bonus based on company performance is offered.
Insurance: Comprehensive group insurance (health, dental, vision) with a 50/50 employer contribution.
RRSP: RRSP program with an employer contribution of up to 2%.
Vacation: Three weeks of standard vacation, with the possibility of negotiating a fourth.
Leave: Five personal days, which are reimbursed at the end of the year if not used.
Work Environment: A friendly atmosphere with the option of working from home one to two days per week. The dress code is business casual from Monday to Thursday, and casual on Fridays. Free on-site parking is also available.
Responsibilities
Supporting the sales team.
Processing customer orders
Handling after-sales service and communicating with customers regarding issues such as order tracking, returns, and billing errors.
Communicating by email and phone with internal and external clients, including laborers, production managers, and salespeople.
Helping customers find solutions to their problems.
Qualifications
Having a curious personality and a desire to grow within the company.
Demonstrating an ability to communicate with a diverse clientele and to adapt your communication style.
Being comfortable with administrative tasks and computer tools.
Possessing a good level of French and English, both written and spoken, as the clients are both francophone and anglophone.
Holding a driver's license and having access to a car, as the company is not easily accessible by public transportation.
