Responsibilities
Act as the key point of contact for product troubleshooting with a clientele of contractors and individuals (inbound calls).
Manage official complaint files from A to Z: investigate, request photos, consult with the Research and Development (R&D) team, and determine the resolution (compensation or replacement).
Provide product recommendations and installation instructions to customers and contractors.
Maintain well-written internal documentation for tracking calls and interventions.
Interact closely with the Technical Director and the R&D team.
Qualifications
Bilingualism (Non-Negotiable): Excellent proficiency (spoken and written) in French and English.
Customer and Complaint Experience (Non-Negotiable): Experience in customer and complaint management, ideally in a B2B/B2C, manufacturing, or construction/renovation context.
Skills and Personality Traits: Must be conscientious, structured, methodical, and possess excellent attention to detail. Ability to remain calm, reassuring, and solution-oriented when dealing with demanding clients.
Asset: Proficiency in Spanish.
