Responsibilities
- Leading a team of 30 outbound and inbound sales agents, and their team leads and managers
- Implement sales strategies to build relationships to grow the business
- Track and analyze KPI's and business trends
- Driving strategic sales along with planning, forecasting, and reporting
- Motivate, develop, and coach the team
- Hiring and training
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in a B2C sales environment
- 3+ years of sales leadership experience
- Experience in forecasting, planning and implementing sales strategies
- Experience leading in a call center environment
- Strength in coaching, leading, and developing front line agents
- Goal-oriented with strong negotiation skills
- Background in the financial industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
