Responsibilities
• Manage and prioritize a high-volume workflow while ensuring deadlines are met accurately and efficiently
• Track action items, follow-ups, and project timelines across multiple initiatives
• Prepare, organize, and maintain reports, documents, and communications with strong attention to detail
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners
• Anticipate operational needs and proactively resolve issues before escalation
• Maintain organized systems for files, communication, and project tracking
• Support operational process improvements and day-to-day execution
• Act as a reliable operational support resource for leadership
Qualifications
• Experience in an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, Project Coordinator, or similar support role
• Construction or fast-paced operational environment experience considered a strong asset
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
• Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-moving environment
• Professional and clear communication skills
• Ability to work independently with a high level of accountability
