Responsibilities
Master the Machinery: Precision-operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE)—including Counterbalance, Reach trucks, Order Pickers, or Walkies—with safety and efficiency at the forefront.
Streamline the Flow: Keep the supply chain moving by expertly loading/unloading trailers and staging materials right where production needs them.
Tech-Driven Tracking: Maintain flawless inventory accuracy by utilizing handheld RF scanners to seamlessly log stock movements.
Champion Safety: Own your workspace by performing sharp pre-shift equipment inspections and promoting a zero-harm, safety-first culture.
Qualifications
Certified Skills: A valid Forklift Certification is highly preferred (Reach, Counterbalance, Walkie, or Raymond Reach).
Proven Experience: 1+ years of rock-solid forklift experience in a fast-moving manufacturing or warehousing environment.
Reliable Track Record: A reputation for showing up on time, delivering great work, and being a stellar team player.
Sharp Under Pressure: The ability to maintain high accuracy and speed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Safety-First Mindset: A proactive, alert approach to keeping yourself and your teammates safe on the floor.
