Responsibilities
- Material Handling Equipment Operation: Expertly and safely operate various MHE, including forklifts (e.g., Counterbalance, Reach trucks, Order Pickers, or Walkies).
- Shipping & Receiving Support: Manage the flow of freight by loading/unloading trailers and ensuring production lines stay fully stocked.
- Digital Inventory Tracking: Maintain high data accuracy by utilizing handheld RF scanners for all product and material movements.
- Safety First Mindset: Complete routine pre-shift equipment inspections and maintain a clean, hazard-free work zone.
Qualifications
- Valid Credentials: A current forklift operator certification is highly preferred (Counterbalance, Reach, Raymond Reach, or Walkie).
- Hands-on Experience: Minimum of 1 year of recent experience driving forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Reliability: A solid track record of excellent attendance, punctuality, and collaborative teamwork.
- Speed & Accuracy: The ability to keep up with the rhythm of a high-volume industrial setting without sacrificing precision.
