In this role, you will sit at the intersection of strategic financial planning, regulatory compliance, and digital innovation. You will act as a trusted advisor across the firm, driving cross-functional alignment, leading critical CCAR projections, and leveraging automation/AI to build next-generation financial workflows.
The position is a hybrid role, requiring you to be in the office at least three days a week.

Responsibilities
Core Financial Planning & Regulatory Execution
Drive CCAR & Capital Planning: Lead infrastructure expense modeling and stress-scenario forecasting in support of the firm’s Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) process.
Regulatory Alignment: Partner closely with Regulatory Affairs and Capital Management teams to ensure CCAR submissions accurately reflect strategic planning assumptions and cost drivers.
Cross-Firm Collaboration: Serve as a key Finance partner, working collaboratively with stakeholders across Corporate Finance, Risk, Treasury, and Line of Business (LOB) leadership.
FP&A & Strategic Transformation
Optimize Financial Workflows: Partner across the FP&A organization to streamline reporting processes, broaden financial insights, and establish robust, scalable planning frameworks.
Pioneer AI & Automation: Identify and execute opportunities to integrate AI, machine learning, and automation tools into planning, forecasting, and reporting workflows.
Deliver on Modernization: Play a key role in executing the firm’s broader Finance Transformation agenda, turning complex data into actionable leadership insights.
Governance & Culture
Maintain Regulatory Excellence: Ensure all financial deliverables and processes strictly adhere to the firm’s risk management, regulatory standards, internal controls, and compliance policies.
Embody Leadership & Accountability: Act as a culture carrier by championing the firm's core values, taking ownership of individual and team deliverables, and fostering high standards of excellence.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or corporate finance (FP&A, reporting, or business transformation).
Strong understanding of financial products, banking services, and the competitive market.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Data analysis: Experience working accurately with large, complex financial datasets.
BI tools: Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
AI & Automation: Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Claude) to speed up daily work.
Risk awareness: Ability to spot operational or financial risks, explain their impact, and build mitigation plans.
Project delivery: Track record of hitting project milestones and presenting updates clearly to senior leaders.
