Responsibilities
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visual concepts and working within existing templates with a high degree of accuracy. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Collaborating directly with internal business partners and stakeholders to develop high-quality marketing materials, including sales tools, pitch decks, and brochures.
Ensuring all creative outputs are strictly aligned with corporate brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
Managing projects holistically, from conducting initial creative briefs with internal stakeholders to coordinating final printing and delivery with external vendors.
Designing a wide variety of materials, including creative concepts, event branding, marketing collateral, high-impact PowerPoint presentations, and UX/UI layouts.
Applying data visualization techniques to transform complex information into clean, impactful infographic designs.
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree (a preference for Design or a related field).
4+ years of professional experience within an agency or corporate in-house creative environment.
A proven track record of career stability.
Design Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma.
Office Suite: Strong Microsoft Office skills, with advanced, essential expertise in PowerPoint, alongside Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Accessibility & Web Knowledge: Fluent in accessibility design best practices. Strong technical understanding of how web-based technologies (HTML, CSS), website structures, and app development apply to web design.
Data Visualization: Demonstrated ability to build sophisticated data visualizations and infographics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to lead creative briefs and present concepts to corporate stakeholders.
Strong collaboration skills and a team-player mindset.
Experience in the banking or financial services sector is considered a strong asset.
