Our client, a manufacturing company in Ontario, is looking for an autonomous and experienced HR Business Partner.
Conversational french is a huge plus.

Responsibilities
- Support warehouse managers in personnel management and labour relations
- Participate in the implementation of various OHS policies and procedures in collaboration with the OHS Coordinator.
- Process and complete documentation related to workplace accidents
- Work with warehouse managers to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Draft disciplinary notices and various letters
- Conduct disciplinary meetings and provide support to managers in this regard
- Occasionally translate documents into English or French
- Analyze recruitment needs in conjunction with the Regional Operations Manager
- Participate in the talent acquisition process by conducting telephone and in-person interviews in collaboration with the recruiting team.
- All other related tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or industrial relations
- Minimum of five years' experience as a human resources generalist.
- Good knowledge of Ontario labour law and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High degree of autonomy
- Excellent ability and interest in using new technologies
- Mastery of the Office suite and Microsoft 365 environment
- Collaborative team spirit
- Bilingualism (English and French) both spoken and written is preferred.
- Have a car and be open to travel in the Ontario region very rarely
