Responsibilities
• Provide expert consulting services on an authentication solution for a multi-agency emergency dispatch system.
• Advise on security, availability, and multi-factor authentication capabilities across multiple jurisdictions.
• Guide the integration of Auth0 as an identity broker with various identity providers.
• Develop and recommend identity and access management roadmaps for the organization.
• Establish conditional access policies tailored to different agency functions and requirements.
• Offer leadership, guidance, and coaching to team members and executive stakeholders.
• Communicate technical identity concepts clearly to internal and external personnel at all levels.
Qualifications
• At least ten years of overall IT experience with a focus on developing and supporting identity and access management projects.
• Minimum of five years of experience architecting large-scale single sign-on and customer identity solutions.
• Over five years of development experience with major commercial or open-source identity management products.
• At least two years of experience with Microsoft Azure AD single sign-on, MFA, conditional access, and Azure B2B/B2C.
• Three years of experience with Active Directory, LDAP, PowerShell, SAML, OAuth2, and OpenID Connect.
