As a principal delivery lead, you will bridge the gap between technical infrastructure teams, external vendors, and executive leadership. Operating within a fast-paced environment, you will coordinate multi-stream delivery activities, support risk and issue management, and enforce robust delivery governance frameworks. This position demands a senior delivery professional who can confidently manage cross-team dependencies, facilitate executive communications, and ensure the successful execution of large-scale infrastructure modernizations.

Responsibilities
Delivery Leadership & Governance
Support and lead infrastructure delivery activities in strict alignment with established enterprise governance processes and delivery frameworks.
Coordinate cross-functional delivery streams, aligning technical dependencies across internal teams, external service providers, and vendor partners.
Monitor project milestones, evaluate delivery readiness, and drive accountability across all participating technology groups to ensure targets are met on schedule.
Facilitate delivery planning sessions and operational reviews to keep complex technology initiatives on track.
Risk, Issue & Dependency Management
Support the identification, assessment, tracking, and escalation of program-level risks, delivery bottlenecks, and technical issues.
Formulate targeted mitigation strategies and remediation plans to resolve operational blockers and preserve service continuity.
Coordinate cross-team dependencies, ensuring seamless handoffs between infrastructure, security, and application operations squads.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communications
Facilitate clear, proactive communications across project teams, business units, and external delivery partners.
Prepare executive-ready status reports, dashboards, and briefing materials to communicate progress, risk profiles, and key decisions.
Engage directly with senior stakeholders, presenting program information with clarity and confidence to align strategic priorities.
Qualifications
Core Requirements
Professional Delivery Experience: 10+ years of dedicated experience operating as an Infrastructure Remediation Delivery & Readiness Manager or leading complex technology transformation initiatives within large enterprise settings.
Program & Delivery Management: 10+ years of experience delivering complex infrastructure and technology transformation initiatives, including managing multiple concurrent workstreams and delivery partners.
Vendor & Partner Management: 10+ years of experience managing and coordinating delivery across multiple external vendors and service providers, resolving issue bottlenecks, and managing contractual accountability.
Stakeholder & Executive Communications: 8+ years of experience communicating effectively with senior leadership (including Directors, Chiefs, and Vice Presidents) and delivering clear executive presentations.
Risk & Dependency Governance: 8+ years of hands-on experience identifying, assessing, escalating, and resolving program risks, issues, and complex technical dependencies.
Infrastructure Transformation Depth: 8+ years of experience supporting large-scale enterprise infrastructure modernization, remediation, system migration, or platform transformation initiatives.
Leadership & Professional Capabilities
Analytical Problem Solving: Exceptional critical thinking, risk assessment, and decision-making skills applied to complex technical environments.
