Schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours/week)
Work Mode: 100% On-site (occasional flexibility)
Salary: $60k - $70k

Competitive Base Salary: Annual base salary established between $60,000 and $70,000, depending on your skills and experience.

Responsibilities
Manage data entry, processing, validation, and confirmation of customer orders and quotes within the NetSuite Oracle ERP system with a constant focus on accuracy.
Manage, maintain, and enrich daily business relationships with corporate clients (B2B) and major distributors via email (70%) and phone (30%).
Provide top-tier customer service by responding quickly to all technical inquiries, updating price lists, and sending specific documentation.
Coordinate shipping logistics and rigorous document tracking in close collaboration with our external carriers and our warehouse team.
Take charge of proactive resolution of customer complaints and complex delivery issues.
Seize inside sales opportunities, participate in the qualification of new leads, and generate prospects to support business development.
Contribute occasionally to the company's success by participating in two annual trade shows in the United States.
Provide courteous and versatile phone reception support for the various integrated office entities when required.
Qualifications
Proven and successful experience in corporate customer service or inside sales within the B2B market, ideally in the manufacturing or distribution sector.
Perfect professional bilingualism required (French and English) to ensure smooth daily communication with customers across Canada and the United States.
Proficiency with CRM or ERP systems, ideally NetSuite Oracle.
Possess a valid file and full legal authorization to travel to the United States without visa restrictions.
University degree (Bachelor's) strongly preferred to ensure analytical rigor, critical thinking, and synthesis skills.
