Ensure direct communication with clients regarding quotes, follow-ups, and negotiations.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and ensure orders are accurately updated in the ERP system.
Collaborate with various internal departments (credit, outside sales, purchasing, quality assurance).
Analyze market and competitor information to support team growth.
Leverage the list of current and potential clients to increase company orders (warm calling).
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the metal industry or a related field.
Mandatory bilingualism (French/English), both spoken and written, as the majority of the clientele is located outside of Quebec (Ontario and Eastern Canada).
High proficiency with ERP systems and standard office productivity tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy, and outstanding customer service.
