Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations and database support for Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains), collaborating closely with finance teams.
Administer Salesforce CRM data structures, access permissions, integrations, and operational data flows.
Build, maintain, and optimize business and operational reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Report Builder.
Provide database and capacity support for application development initiatives leveraging .NET MVC, MS SQL, Team Foundation Server, and SharePoint.
Support Microsoft 365 environments, including SharePoint, MS Teams, Power Platform, and specialized ticketing or SaaS applications.
Support public-facing websites built on Microsoft content management solutions (such as Umbraco) and manage third-party API integrations with Microsoft web technologies.
Qualifications
Core Technical Requirements
Database Administration Depth: Hands-on experience operating as a Database Administrator with deep technical expertise managing, maintaining, and tuning Microsoft SQL Server across both on-premises and Azure cloud environments.
Microsoft Dynamics GP Expertise: Senior-level hands-on experience supporting and administering Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains (GP) and core financial system concepts.
Salesforce CRM Administration: Practical experience managing, configuring, and supporting Salesforce CRM database structures and data feeds.
Reporting Tooling Proficiency: Direct experience developing and maintaining custom business reports using SQL Report Builder and SSRS.
Microsoft Web Stack & SaaS Integration: Hands-on experience supporting application development environments (.NET MVC, MS SQL, TFS, SharePoint), public CMS platforms (Umbraco), and integrating third-party APIs with SaaS applications.
Preferred Certifications & Assets
Microsoft Cloud & Database Certifications: Active designations such as Azure Database Administrator Associate, Microsoft SQL Server certifications, Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104), Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305), or Fabric Data Engineer Associate (DP-700 / DP-900).
Salesforce Certification: Salesforce Certified Administrator credential.
