Responsibilities
Project Governance & Lifecycle Ownership: Lead and manage enterprise-level technology projects, developing project charters, detailed delivery schedules, comprehensive budgets, and robust quality assurance frameworks.
Technology Procurement & Contract Management: Drive end-to-end procurement cycles for sophisticated software solutions, developing robust procurement strategies, managing requests for proposals (RFPs), orchestrating vendor evaluations, and negotiating commercial contracts.
Contractual Document Engineering: Lead the preparation, structural review, and execution of central contractual materials, including REOI, RFI, RFP, RFQ, Statements of Work (SOW), Memorandums of Understanding (MOU), and Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Financial Control & Resource Forecasting: Establish, monitor, and manage multi-divisional project budgets, driving precise financial controls, accurate forecasting, and absolute alignment with corporate financial policies.
Risk & Issue Lifecycle Mitigation: Proactively identify, assess, and catalog system and operational risks, establishing concrete mitigation plays and accelerating the resolution of issues that threaten critical path targets.
Technical Delivery Coordination: Direct matrix-allocated teams of technical engineers, contractors, consultants, and corporate representatives to execute delivery plans across application development and infrastructure implementation tracks.
Organizational Change Management: Develop and deploy structured change management plans to ensure seamless user adoption, data migration workflows, and business process transitions across multiple divisions.
Executive Advisory & Telemetry Reporting: Produce high-level progress dashboards, budget metrics, and risk reports, presenting project statuses directly to multi-layered executive networks, steering committees, and architecture review boards.
Vendor Performance Supervision: Oversee third-party vendor delivery metrics, ensuring SLA commitments are fulfilled, scope revisions are documented cleanly, and continuous service improvements are realized.
Qualifications
Core Project Management Credential: Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is strictly required.
Enterprise Delivery Seniority: Extensive, progressive professional experience managing all phases of transformational, enterprise-wide IT projects within complex multi-departmental or matrix-allocated environments.
Comprehensive Project Control Toolkit: Proven experience taking ownership of budget tracking, timeline scheduling, scope definitions, resource estimation, risk matrices, and critical path identification.
Procurement & Vendor Management Fluency: Demonstrated experience handling high-value technology procurements, vendor negotiations, and overseeing contract lifecycle metrics (SOW, RFP, SLA).
Collaborative Toolchain Literacy: Direct experience managing project documentation, tracking, and scheduling within matrix setups using tools such as Microsoft Enterprise Project Management, SharePoint, or equivalent utilities.
Technical Team Leadership: Proven background managing and directing technical project delivery teams across application development, data migrations, or core infrastructure deployments.
Communication & Synthesis Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation capabilities, with an established history of presenting project status decks, option analyses, and financial alignment metrics to executive stakeholders.
Education: Post-secondary education in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or an equivalent approved combination of formal education and progressive project management experience.
