In this critical intermediate-to-senior project management role, you will assume end-to-end accountability for driving the successful execution of complex infrastructure initiatives and maintenance portfolios. Acting as the central coordinator, you will define project scopes, architect strict timelines, and engage cross-functional infrastructure engineering personnel to ensure milestones are met on time and within budget. Responsibilities

Resource & Squad Engagement: Coordinate and engage engineering specialists, network technicians, and infrastructure personnel to eliminate operational blockers and drive delivery velocity.
Scope Definition & Governance: Collaborate with technical asset owners to rigorously define, validate, and isolate project scopes, actively managing scope creep or baseline adjustments.
Maintenance & Tool Management: Leverage enterprise platforms like ServiceNow and Jira to log modifications, track operational maintenance windows, and preserve complete project traceability.
Multi-Level Communication: Provide regular progress readouts, risk analysis summaries, and execution scorecards to business sponsors and cross-functional technology squads.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of progressive professional experience operating as an IT Project Manager inside corporate network or system deployment environments.
Infrastructure Domain Depth: Proven, referenceable track record successfully managing complex IT Infrastructure projects (e.g., server migrations, network rollouts, hardware refreshes, or data center modernizations).
Stakeholder Management Polish: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated experience collaborating directly with executive stakeholders and teams across all organizational tiers.
System Tracking Literacy: Functional familiarity with operational maintenance workflows, ticket logging, and scrum sprint execution frameworks.
Nice-to-Have Skills & Assets
Prior professional project delivery experience working within a large-scale financial institution or banking environment.
Hands-on configuration or project tracking experience utilizing ServiceNow for service requests and change management.
Direct workflow experience utilizing Jira for tracking project sub-tasks and task distribution boards.
Holding professional industry credentials such as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) designation.
