We are seeking an experienced Intermediate Project Manager/Leader to drive the end-to-end implementation and production deployment of an enterprise data intelligence platform. In this role, you will hold complete accountability for delivery outcomes—working backwards from target go-live dates to sequence development, ETL execution, system integration, UAT/QA testing, and formal governance approvals. Working across business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors, you will enforce technical due diligence, validate production readiness, and establish a governed, sustainable operational handover.

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Duration: 12-month contract
Public Sector Experience: Preferred.
Advantages
Enterprise Data Impact: Lead high-visibility production deployments across enterprise data intelligence, metadata management, and governance platforms.
End-to-End Delivery Ownership: Direct complete implementation life cycles, from initial backward planning through to formal ARB gates and early-life support.
Vendor & Executive Influence: Drive strategic alignment, vendor performance, and decision-making directly with senior leadership.
Flexible Hybrid Setup: Enjoy schedule flexibility with a balanced 3-day onsite model in Toronto.
Responsibilities
End-to-End Delivery Leadership: Own the integrated project plan, milestone roadmap, sequencing dependencies, and critical path from initial planning through cutover and early-life support.

Governance & Due Diligence: Drive technical due diligence across architectural review boards (ARB), Threat Risk Assessments (TRA), Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA), and enterprise security standards.
Vendor & Stakeholder Alignment: Manage vendor commitments, holding third-party partners and internal teams accountable to defined scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
Requirements & Scope Control: Establish a single authoritative source of truth for delivery backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and RACI accountabilities.
Risk & Decision Governance: Maintain active RAID logs, dependency tracking, and executive status reporting, driving technical discussions toward factual ownership and rapid issue resolution.
Data Intelligence Configuration: Oversee the operationalization of platform workflows, metadata ingestion, data lineage, data quality controls, and access models.
Transition & Operational Support: Coordinate operational support procedures, training, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live stabilization packages for business and operational owners.
