Responsibilities
Provide tier-2 technical support and troubleshooting for AV hardware, control systems, telecommunications, and video conferencing platforms across multiple operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android).
Respond to and resolve technical incidents using ITIL/ITSM standards, maintaining accurate records, updates, and CMDB inventory data.
Support external users, legal counsel, and remote participants with technical orientation, device setup, and software navigation on platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Cisco Webex.
Liaise with third-party vendor representatives for equipment repairs, hardware maintenance, software upgrades, and service performance monitoring.
Create and update user manuals, technical training documentation, system logs, and operational process improvements.
Generate daily operational reports and maintain status dashboards to track system performance, open incidents, and project tasks.
Perform system testing, document test results, and support the implementation and validation of new hardware or software technologies.
Monitor signal flows, connectivity (HDMI, USB, network-based AV), and basic VoIP/PBX configurations to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
Audio-Visual & Video Conferencing: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting AV and video conferencing hardware and software platforms (Strictly Required).
Incident Management & ITIL Frameworks: Minimum 2 years of experience in incident management with strong working knowledge of ITIL/ITSM frameworks, standards, and CMDB inventory processes (Strictly Required).
Reporting & Dashboards: Minimum 1 year of experience creating operational documentation, tracking system logs, and building dashboards/reports (Strictly Required).
Communication & User Support: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users (Strictly Required).
Technical Hardware & Networking Knowledge: Practical understanding of AV control processors, signal flow, microphones, cameras, and basic network fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN bandwidth).
