Responsibilities
• Define and execute role based training strategies and delivery approaches tailored to various stakeholder needs.
• Design and facilitate instructor led, virtual, and self paced learning solutions for complex organizational initiatives.
• Partner with program leaders and subject matter experts to validate learning requirements and confirm deployment readiness.
• Establish strict training governance including quality assurance, version control, and content maintenance cycles.
• Analyze learner feedback and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement across all educational materials.
• Guide junior contributors to ensure high quality content generation and consistent learner support practices.
• Utilize approved digital collaboration and AI enabled tools to optimize content development and stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications
• A university degree or diploma in Adult Education, Instructional Design, or a related field combined with extensive progressive experience.
• At least three years of proven experience developing comprehensive communication materials and leading curriculum design projects.
• A minimum of three years of experience delivering training for major ERP systems such as Finance, Payroll, or Supply Chain Management.
• Hands on background using eLearning authoring applications like Articulate 360 and digital adoption platforms like WalkMe.
• Practical experience utilizing AI productivity assistants to accelerate content creation and enhance workflow efficiency.
