Responsibilities
• Develop and implement change management strategies that enable stakeholders to transition to future state operations.
• Build and deliver presentations to various levels of the organization including executive and branch management.
• Conduct stakeholder identification, gap analysis, and change impact assessments to support project deliverables.
• Create communication materials and plans to ensure information reaches impacted audiences throughout the project.
• Define success metrics and monitor progress to manage resistance and ensure continuous adoption of new technology.
• Provide specialized advice on change methodology while assisting with risk and issue management.
• Engage relevant groups using approved digital and AI enabled tools to support content development and reporting.
Qualifications
• University degree in Commerce, Communications, or a related field combined with four years of change management experience.
• Five years of experience developing change deliverables such as training strategies, stakeholder impact assessments, and communication plans.
• Four years of experience handling change management for enterprise resource planning systems like Finance, Payroll, or Supply Chain Management.
• Valid certification from a recognized change management issuing body such as Prosci, APMG, or CMI.
• Proven ability to negotiate, resolve conflicts, and influence stakeholders while facilitating meetings at all organizational levels.
