Responsibilities
• Lead organization-wide training initiatives by defining role-based strategies and delivery approaches.
• Design and develop complex learning materials that meet established accessibility and quality standards.
• Partner with program leaders and process owners to validate learning needs and confirm training readiness.
• Establish training governance including intake prioritization and version control.
• Define evaluation methods to gather learner feedback and drive prioritized updates to training materials.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to junior trainers to ensure consistent delivery practices.
• Utilize approved digital tools to improve content development and stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications
• University degree in Adult Education, Instructional Design, or a related field with four years of relevant experience.
• Four years of demonstrated knowledge in training needs analyses and competency development frameworks.
• Six years of experience creating and teaching training materials including computer-based modules and videos.
• Four years of experience leading curriculum design projects from start to finish.
• Four years of advanced proficiency with Learning Management Systems and content creation software like Adobe Captivate or Articulate Storyline.
