We're looking for an IT Project Manager for an initial contract until March 31st, 2027 with the potential for extensions! This position can be worked remotely.

Responsibilities
Digital Health, a Shared Health service, will facilitate the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology. The focus is to provide efficient, effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector.
Qualifications
Mandatory:
1.Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response.
2.Valid PROSCI (ADKAR) Organizational Change Management certification. Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response.
Skills & Experience:
1.10 years’ experience managing information technology projects in a healthcare environment. Experience should include reporting progress to the project steering committee and ensuring the safe implementation of software solutions in a clinical environment.
2.7 years’ experience coordinating internal delivery staff, vendor partners and customer stakeholders to successfully deliver project outcomes that support digital business transformation projects in a healthcare environment.
3.5 years’ experience implementing or migrating an organization to Microsoft M365 and Exchange online in a large acute care or public sector environment. Experience should include coordinating implementation with clinical and business resources and management and ensuring that all staff are adequately prepared for the new solution.
4.5 years’ experience directly testing or coordinating the testing of M365 products and services including Microsoft exchange online transition from on-premise mail services.
5.5 years’ experience utilizing a structured methodology such as Prosci to deliver organizational change management strategies and plans. The response should include at least 2 examples, including project title and duration of the project or work, totaling at least 5 years, and specifying the methodology applied.
