We're looking for a Project Manager to help lead a Salesforce CRM implementation for an initial contract until March 31st, 2027 with the potential for extensions! This position can be worked remotely.

Responsibilities
Digital Health, a Shared Health service, will facilitate the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology. The focus is to provide efficient, effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector.
Qualifications
Mandatory:
Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
Skills & experience:
1.10 years’ experience in senior management positions with performance management accountability for direct reports while overseeing multi-disciplinary teams, establishing governance and managing risk.
2.8 years’ experience in a Project Manager or Program Manager role responsible for budget creation, cost tracking, assignment of resources and managing interdependencies while delivering a combination of technology, business and process change.
3.3 years’ experience implementing the Salesforce CRM platform.
4.1 year of experience developing and evaluating RFPs to support the selection of a new IT solution.
5.1 year of experience working in a project environment to implement Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) systems and practices in a healthcare environment.
6.5 years’ experience in a leadership role demonstrating ongoing superior skills in communication, negotiation, presentation, planning and strategizing with the executive leadership team.
7.1 year experience implementing the Altera Sunrise suite of products in an acute care environment.
