Responsibilities
What you will do
Manage multiple IT projects in parallel, from initiation to closure.
Develop, maintain, and communicate detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and action plans.
Establish clear governance: status updates, metrics, decisions, action plans, and escalation paths.
Engage stakeholders and ensure proactive communication.
Track deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, and business value.
Use Jira and Confluence to plan, document, and track work progress.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan, structure, and deliver multiple IT projects by developing detailed project plans covering scope, budget, timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, action plans, and expected benefits.
Manage the full project lifecycle—from initiation to closure—ensuring deliverable quality, effective decision-making, and the achievement of business objectives.
Tailor the delivery approach to the specific project context—whether predictive, Agile, or hybrid—in accordance with recognized project management best practices.
Engage stakeholders, facilitate team collaboration, and maintain clear, proactive, and results-oriented communication.
Establish effective governance, including status reporting, performance indicators, decision-making, action plans, change management, escalation processes, and accountability.
Use Jira and Confluence to plan work, track progress, document decisions, structure deliverables, and foster transparency.
Contribute to change management, communication, and training activities, as well as the transition to operations or the teams responsible for the solution.
Qualifications
WHAT YOU NEED:
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain detailed, reliable, and regularly updated project plans.
Strong command of PMI/PMP-based project management practices, including the management of stakeholders, scope, risk, cost, quality, communications, and business value.
Experience with predictive, Agile, or hybrid approaches, and the ability to select the method best suited to the context.
Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for work tracking, documentation, collaboration, and project governance.
Influential leadership, excellent organizational skills, ability to synthesize information, and capacity to mobilize multidisciplinary teams within a matrix environment.
Rigor, autonomy, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to stay on track in a dynamic environment where priorities may shift.
PMP certification or equivalent project management training considered a significant asset.
Bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written.
