Shift: Monday – Thursday 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (4x10s)

Responsibilities
- Precision Gauging: Set the shop pace by accurately marking gauge lines and hole locations on heavy-duty beams, columns, and plates.
- Blueprint Mastery: Read and interpret complex structural shop drawings with complete precision.
- Quality Control: Ensure all layout marks comply with zero-tolerance specifications before material moves to fitters and welders.
- High-Volume Output: Maintain a steady flow of material through the layout station to eliminate production cell bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Gauging Expertise: Proven experience in structural steel layout. You must be a master with a tape measure, square, and marking tools.
- Journeyman Welders: Trade ticket is a major asset.
- Tough-As-Nails Attitude: Thrives in a high-pressure, fast-paced, industrial "grit-and-grind" shop environment.
- Stamina & Reliability: Mental and physical readiness for heavy manual labor. Outstanding punctuality is non-negotiable.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to Nisku, AB is required.
