Responsibilities
Project Oversight & Coordination
PMLC & SDLC Management: Coordinate project activities across all phases of the Project Management Lifecycle and Software Development Lifecycle, ensuring adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Environment Promotion: Facilitate and track the promotion of I&IT applications and services through various environments (Dev, QA, Stage, Prod).
Cross-Functional Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and diverse stakeholders to ensure project continuity.
Financial Control & Reporting
Budget Management: Apply sound knowledge of finance and project cost-accounting principles to manage and track project budgets effectively.
Status Reporting: Develop and provide timely project reports and updates, ensuring stakeholders are informed of progress, risks, and milestones.
Process Adherence: Ensure the project team adheres to established organizational processes and governance standards.
Team Support & Delivery
Conflict Resolution: Utilize active listening and conflict resolution skills to navigate challenging circumstances and keep projects on track.
Resource Coordination: Align work across different departments and teams to meet tight timelines and delivery objectives.
Qualifications
Core Experience: Minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience in Project Coordination, specifically within I&IT.
Technical Knowledge: Proven understanding of the SDLC and experience with promoting software through different lifecycle stages.
Financial Acumen: Demonstrated experience managing project budgets and applying cost-accounting principles.
Methodology: Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and traditional Waterfall project management practices.
Communication: Elite-level verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage stress and resolve conflicts in challenging circumstances.
Education: Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; a CAPM or PMP-introductory certification is an asset.
