Responsibilities
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Support the Customer Management team in all aspects of account operational management. The Key Account Coordinator has a portfolio of accounts that they service. The role is centred in the day-to-day management of marketing/corporate initiatives within which entail a high degree of interaction with internal and external stakeholders. Accountabilities may include, but are not limited to:
Ensuring the flawless execution of projects by providing documentation support, guidelines, as well as account performance analysis
Ensuring on-time and effective Brand, Trade and Pricing Project Communications for the Customer Management group for the banners to assess, activate and implement flawlessly.
Supporting in providing the proper project communication to their respective banners.
Ensuring appropriate project management to ensure flawless execution of trade, brand, and specific organized accounts initiatives.
Acting as a key contact liaison between Customer Management Groups and Marketing Activation & Systems for all operational aspects of assigned banners.
Managing and ensuring assigned accounts specific needs are identified in Trade & Brand initiatives and assess project feasibility.
Ensuring Key Accounts specific programs are activated and implemented as planned.
Managing the Account Tracker and KA Calendar to reflect project support to facilitate best in class activation and implementation.
Qualifications
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors’ Degree in Sales & Marketing, or Business Management or equivalent from a recognised institution.
A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in FMCG company.
Experience demonstrating a successful sales record having consistently achieved or exceeded sales targets.
Generic Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
Storytelling skills including the ability to deliver effective presentations to stakeholders at all levels.
Creative and critical thinking skills.
Ability to effectively plan, organise and prioritise.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders.
Strong ability to work in a team as well as independently and take initiatives to get the work done.
Strong ability to work under pressure and to handle multiple conflicting priorities.
Autonomy in driving project to completion.
Possess the current legal right to work in Canada.
Technical Skills:
Strong Negotiation & Influencing skills.
Good analytical skills, translate data into actionable insights.
Ability to drive influence without direct or formal organizational authority.
Strong conceptual and technical skills in customer management.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
