Responsibilities
Production Oversight: Set and manage production requirements; oversee plant personnel in planning, loading/unloading, and facility maintenance.
Batching & Processing: Blend and batch liquid products based on batch card recipes; fill containers and package finished products based on demand.
Quality Control: Conduct quality inspections and collect samples of raw materials and finished products in line with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
Logistics & Loading: Coordinate the procurement of raw materials and safely load tankers with finished products.
Technical Documentation: Perform data entry for orders, inventory control, and purchasing; identify and record any process or quality issues.
Safety & Housekeeping: Monitor and enforce adherence to safety protocols while maintaining a clean and organized facility.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of related experience in a production, manufacturing, or operations environment.
Skills: Strong mechanical inclination and comfortable working with both metric and imperial weights/measures.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead and coordinate a team effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Technical: Proficiency in data entry and inventory management systems; Forklift license/experience is a strong asset.
Physical: Ability to remain flexible and multitask within a high-demand production setting
