We are currently looking for a talented logistics customer service agent to handle incoming warehouse cargo inquiries. In this position, you will process customer emails, check the stock status via our ERP/WMS software, send preparation orders to the warehouse team, and ensure inventory updates while resolving any disputes or anomalies.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily incoming requests for shipping orders
- Act as the point of contact for customer inquiries, resolve issues related to delivery issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Ensure that the proper documentation for all shipments is accurate and up to date
- Track and trace shipments and keep customers informed
- Collaborate with other departments (for example, the warehouse, inventory, and logistics team to align customer needs and satisfaction)
Qualifications
- You have at least 3 years of experience in the trucking or 3PL logistics sector
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication, organizational and attention to detail skills
- Proficiency in computer systems, notably Microsoft Office, PC Miller, and Truckmate (asset)
