Responsibilities
- Coordinate customer appointments for truck arrivals
- Assist with our OSD (overages, shortages, damages) operations and reporting, call customers to resolve OSD issue
- Prepare and finalize billing
- Process inbound orders for shipments, work hand-in-hand with dispatch team
- Schedule, confirm, and optimize delivery appointments
- Coordinate delivery schedules between clients and drivers
- Track shipment order statuses, keep customers updates
- Coordinate shipping documentation, and keep both the sales team and clients updated on delivery timelines.
Qualifications
- You have at least 2 years of experience in the trucking customer service
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication, organizational and attention to detail skills
- Proficiency in computer systems, notably Microsoft Office, PC Miller, and Truckmate (asset)
