Responsibilities
• Prospecting and developing new business
• Develop lead generation and utilize software to track activity
• Selling and setting up new accounts
• Train customers on use and advantages of web-based shipping and technology
• Maintaining and growing customer relationships
• Training and Development
Once a book of business is built, managing your customers accounts will take into affect, processing their needs, negotiation of rates with carriers, custom clearances
Qualifications
• Bilingual – French and English
• 3-5 years sales experience, logistics selling preferred
• Minimal sales or similar experience preferred
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Problem solver with ability to identify issues and provide solutions quickly
• Multi Tasked
• Determined to be part of a winning team
• Strategic relationship builder with focus on customer pipeline and key decision makers
