Responsibilities
• Assist the Sales & Marketing Director in implementing the promotional aspect of the promotion strategy.
• Ensure the marketing aspect of the website and follow its marketing plan.
• Collaborate with various partners for website updates and implement website visibility tactics for consumers and internet users.
• Manage publication schedules and implement sponsored campaigns.
• Produce content, materials, and/or tools for the destination on various digital platforms.
• Stay updated on social media trends, digital technologies, and best practices to inform and improve social media strategies.
• Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate and timely information.
• Manage schedules for employees in the sales department.
• Conduct labor relations in collaboration with Human Resources.
• Act as a substitute for the Sales & Marketing Director during meetings, vacation replacements, etc.
Qualifications
• Hold a degree in marketing, communication, sales, or an equivalent combination of knowledge and experience.
• Proficiency in French and English.
• Experience in personnel management.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva or Adobe Suite).
