Under the supervision and collaboration of the Marketing and Communication Manager, the Marketing and Communication Coordinator provides support to the marketing and sales team. Key responsibilities include planning and organizing marketing activities, as well as supporting traditional and digital marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities
• Provides marketing support to mechanical workshops in the implementation of the annual campaign, as well as the creation of informative and promotional materials (digital and printed), including layout design, visual creation, document transmission, etc.
• Creates, integrates, and coordinates content for a variety of platforms, including blogs, websites (WordPress), and social media (Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Coordinates and manages the update, orders, and inventory of marketing materials (clothing, promotional items) and stationery.
• Regularly revises and translates texts of various natures and sizes (e.g., communication plans, social media, website, brochure, etc.).
• Works closely with marketing agencies for annual marketing campaigns and other complementary projects (e.g., newsletter creation, contest coordination, video production, etc.).
• Manages relationships with external clients, internal stakeholders, and suppliers.
• Participates in planning and organizing certain meetings and events for our network of mechanical workshops.
• Actively participates with the team in events and trade shows, including conducting client presentations as needed.
• Other related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
• University degree in marketing, communication, or any other relevant program.
• Excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in social media management (LinkedIn, Facebook).
• Bilingualism mandatory: French and English (writing, revision).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative suite.
