This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working independently in a fast-paced office environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily administrative operations while a team member is away and will be entrusted with handling high-value watches and jewelry.
This is a 2-month contract position with the possibility of an extension. We are looking to fill this role immediately, with a start date of the week of July 13.
Advantages
$22.00–$24.00 per hour, based on experience
Monday–Friday, fully in-office position located near Yorkdale, Toronto

Responsibilities
General office administration and administrative support
Shipping and receiving of packages
Coordinating FedEx shipments and deliveries
Entering invoices accurately into internal systems
Placing orders through internal systems
Assisting with day-to-day office operations
Qualifications
Previous office administration or administrative support experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working independently
Proficient with computer systems and data entry
Highly trustworthy and dependable, with the ability to handle high-value watches and jewelry with care and discretion
Strong communication and time management skills
