Responsibilities

-Meeting Room Logistics: Inspect and organize all conference rooms throughout the day to ensure they are tidy, equipped, and ready to welcome client meetings.
-Supply & Inventory Management: Monitor, order, and restock office supplies, kitchen goods, and pantry items while keeping track of incoming deliveries.
-Common Area Upkeep: Maintain clean, professional, and welcoming common spaces, including loading/unloading dishwashers and organizing refreshments.
Qualifications
-ability to lift up of 25 pounds
- 2+ year of receptionist experience.
-1+ years experience working in an office setting and corporate environments
-personable and customer service oriented
-strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
-Language Skills: Excellent strong communication skills in English (verbal and written) are required; bilingualism (English/French) is a strong asset.
-Technical Skills: Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and communication tools like Skype/Teams.
-Soft Skills: Highly reliable, organized, and proactive team player with strong multi-tasking abilities and adaptability to change.
-Availability: Must be able to start immediately for a 30-day onsite assignment at Queen Street East.
