Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the business center to ensure an organized, efficient, and welcoming environment.
- Provide exceptional, high-touch customer service to members, virtual clients, and corporate visitors.
- Coordinate the entire client lifecycle, including onboarding, office transitions, and contract renewals.
- Oversee facilities management by coordinating with maintenance staff, external vendors, and local suppliers.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and daily workflow support to the administrative team.
- Assist with routine financial duties, including billing coordination, simple bookkeeping, and standard administrative reporting.
- Conduct professional tours of the facilities for prospective clients and support community networking events.
Qualifications
- Three or more years of experience in office management, professional hospitality, coworking operations, or a premium customer relations role.
- Post-secondary education in business administration, hospitality management, or a related discipline is a strong asset.
- Solid experience coordinating administrative workflows, billing processes, and professional business communications.
- Proven ability to work independently and make confident operational decisions.
- Familiarity with standard business applications such as QuickBooks, CRM software, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
- Prior experience in local networking, sales support, client retention, or community engagement is considered a valuable asset.
