Location: Mississauga, Ontario (Hybrid: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote — potential for 2 days remote depending on operational shifts).
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Candidates must have the flexibility to work an 8-hour shift anytime between 8:00 AM and 8:15 PM if operational hours change.
Compensation: $25.34 / hour

Responsibilities
File & Transaction Processing: Action day-to-day estate files, execute money movements, and fulfill specialized transaction requests accurately.
SLA Compliance: Manage workloads effectively to meet strict daily Service Level Agreements, turnaround times, and quality review standards.
Internal Partnership: Act as a subject matter expert for internal client-facing representatives and partners across different banking sectors to resolve processing inquiries.
Risk & Audit Management: Adhere to bank codes of conduct, compliance guidelines, and audit procedures to mitigate financial and operational risk.
Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in daily 15–30 minute team touchpoints, suggesting process improvements and adapting quickly to new technologies or policy changes.
Qualifications
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
Banking/Financial Industry: 2–4 years of operational experience within a retail banking or financial services environment.
Education: Completed Undergraduate Degree.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook) with a proven ability to learn proprietary software quickly.
Operational Track Record: Proven experience handling data entry and operating under strict, metrics-driven SLAs.
Soft Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal collaboration.
Crucial attention to detail and a high degree of quantitative accuracy.
Superior time management and organization skills to handle high volumes of work independently.
High adaptability to change and comfort navigating complex financial files.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Prior experience with estate file processing.
Familiarity with a wide range of retail banking products, cash products, or Money Market/Foreign Exchange (MM/FX) transactions.
