Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Overtime available)

Pay Rate: $22.23/hour

Responsibilities
Process government Requests for Information (RFIs) efficiently and accurately while adhering to strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Review, verify, and validate client spending, information, and financial transactions.
Conduct thorough client validation and exercise discretion in managing confidential correspondence and sensitive data.
Ensure necessary due diligence to support the accuracy of all operational transactions and activities.
Escalate non-standard, high-risk, or complex issues appropriately.
Participate fully in team huddles, cross-training, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of and strict compliance with operational policies and the Bank Code of Conduct.
Qualifications
Must-Have Skills
Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience within a banking or financial environment.
Performance Focus: Prior experience working in an SLA-driven, productivity-metric environment.
Technical Aptitude: Highly tech-savvy with the ability to learn and navigate internal banking systems quickly.
Software Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office 365, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Education: Post-secondary education.
Soft Skills & Competencies
Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time-management abilities.
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong commitment to confidentiality, compliance, and team collaboration.
Nice-to-Have
Prior experience handling government-based requests or conducting detailed documentation reviews.
