Location: Mississauga, Ontario (Hybrid – 4 days on-site, 1 day remote; initial training is 5 days on-site)
Contract Duration: 12 Months (Start Date: Nov 16, 2026; Extension & Perm Conversion Possible)
Shift Hours: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (e.g., 8–4, 10–6, 12–8; potential OT)

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Team Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing system inputs and business-specific documentation for compliance and accuracy according to established operating procedures.
Compliance Reviews: Conduct thorough reviews of new Small Business Banking (SBB) accounts and signing authority/maintenance changes to ensure full compliance with AML, KYC, and KYB regulations.
Partner Support: Interactively assist internal partners via MS Teams to resolve identified document or process deficiencies, answer questions, and provide clarification.
Operational SLA Execution: Manage incoming volume via a high-velocity queue system, meeting individual and team productivity, quality, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.
Process Adaptability: Apply existing operating policies while adapting smoothly to new technology and procedural improvements.
Risk Mitigation: Maintain strict attention to detail and handle sensitive customer data with care to protect the institution from operational risk.
Qualifications
Must-Have Qualifications:
2–4 years of overall operational, administrative, or queue-based processing experience.
Previous financial institution or banking experience.
High School Diploma required; Post-Secondary Education (College/University degree) is a strong asset.
Basic proficiency with MS Office Suite (specifically Excel).
Strong oral and written communication skills for internal partner interactions.
Proven ability to work independently, multitask, and manage time effectively under tight SLAs.
Exceptional attention to detail and risk mitigation focus.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Knowledge of banking Host applications.
French/English bilingualism.
