Responsibilities
Process high-volume cash-in and cash-out requests for Wealth Line of Business (LOB) teams accurately within established daily SLAs.
Utilize multiple internal banking applications to review, verify, and complete complex financial transaction requests.
Review incoming financial documents with high accuracy and attention to detail to ensure compliance and precision.
Manage, update, and organize transaction records using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
Collaborate effectively with internal partners and team members (no external customer contact required).
Track daily individual performance metrics using SLA performance trackers.
Qualifications
Education: University degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: 2–4 years of operational experience within a bank or financial institution.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel); strong experience managing data and spreadsheets in Excel.
Transaction Experience: Proven background handling high-volume, SLA-driven financial transactions or back-office operations.
Customer Service: Strong background in internal or external customer service within financial services.
Soft Skills & Attributes
Attention to Detail: Meticulous review skills to maintain high accuracy standards in transaction processing.
Communication: Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills for internal team collaboration.
Efficiency & Reliability: Ability to manage tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
