As an Account Executive you will be responsible for driving new business through direct client engagement, territory planning, and selling our services. We prioritize building lasting relationships with clients and candidates, aiming to deeply understand their needs for mutual success.

- Drive Net-New Acquisition: Strategically identify, prospect, and secure new client logos within a key business segment.
- Position RD as a Leader: Brand RD accurately as the world's leading talent partner, using deep industry knowledge and thought leadership to demonstrate how our tech solutions transform customer operations.
- Serve as an Advisor: Act as a high-impact business consultant within Technology, Media and Telecom industry.
- Champion Digital Transformation: Position RD as the primary driver of cloud, infrastructure, customer experience, data/analytics, and digital engineering solutions for net-new clients.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with delivery teams and practice leaders to ensure smooth handoffs through our integrated delivery model.
What you need to bring:
- A Hunter’s Mindset: 3+ years of experience in pure business development, cold prospecting, and net-new B2B sales for technical products or services.
- Pipeline Creation: Proven ability to self-source leads and manage full-funnel sales cycles from initial discovery to contract execution.
- Proven Track Record: A documented history of budget outperformance and consistently exceeding target net-new revenue metrics.
- Executive Presence: Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to influence C-suite decision-makers.
- Strategic Problem-Solving: Grit, creativity, and high-level negotiation abilities to navigate objections and close enterprise deals.
- Tooling & Basics: Proficiency using Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Calendar, Drive); a Bachelor's degree is advantageous.

This is a hybrid attendance role. It is required that you attend an office at your manager's discretion pursuant to Randstad's hybrid and remote work policies. You may also be required to travel to attend in-person events, including but not limited to training, meetings and retreats. Some of this travel may involve interprovincial and international trips.
Pay Rate: $ 50,000 - $ 70,000 Annually
The listed pay range includes base salary and, if the role is eligible, a reasonable estimate of expected variable commission pay potential. Note that commission varies based on performance, the successful and commission eligible candidate may earn amounts higher than this range.

The pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including, as applicable, the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws.
