The Principal, Executive Search Consultant is responsible for executing Randstad Executive's Business Development strategy to meet the company’s revenue & GP goals.

Business Development & Client Engagement:
- Build and nurture relationships with key client stakeholders. Understand customer needs and organizational culture to deliver tailored executive search solutions
- Provide expert advice to clients on market trends, talent availability, and compensation benchmarks. Partner with clients to define search requirements and strategies.
- Work with the different Randstad teams to assess potential and existing target clients and decision makers within clients and build a portfolio of target clients and adjust the portfolio as necessary and warranted (C-suite, VP, Sr Director candidates).
- Leverage relationships with clients/talents to uncover additional sales opportunities within an account as well as leveraging reference check verification to uncover potential new business.
Networking and Relationship Building:
- Develop and maintain a strong network of industry leaders and high-potential candidates.
- Represent the firm at industry events and professional organizations.
- Grow Randstad’s Executive brand presence by actively participating in organizing targeted events for Executives.
What you need to bring:
Education & Work Experience
- At least 5+ years in a business development role at the Executive Search level
- Experience working in a metrics-driven environment.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively prioritize workload.
- Must work independently and prioritize multiple projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills.
- Closing skills and the ability to build lasting relationships built on honesty and integrity.
- Ability to identify customer’s needs and consult, deliver, decline, or adjust expectations accordingly.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving abilities.
- Unsurpassed level of professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels of the client organization.

Pay Rate: $ 70,000 - $ 120,000 Annually
The listed pay range includes base salary and, if the role is eligible, a reasonable estimate of expected variable commission pay potential. Note that commission varies based on performance, the successful and commission eligible candidate may earn amounts higher than this range.
