You will be responsible for supporting and coordinating projects and daily activity as they relate to new program launches, program enhancements, and other projects as required. You will work closely with the National Service Delivery Manager and clients in 21 Offices to fulfill all project requirements, keeping key project milestones, deliverables, and business objective top of mind.

Responsibilities
• Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures.
• Communication to office support staff.
• Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
• Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
• Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
• Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
• Perform data entry tasks.
• Support meeting and conference needs and assist clients with planning meetings and events.
• Maintain Health and Safety Records, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate ergonomics, life safety and various other National programs.
• Providing coverage to switchboard, meeting services and reception.
Qualifications
* Experience in customer facing roles (2+ years)
* 3+ years of experience in a Service Delivery environment
* Strong customer satisfaction skills
* Proven ability to work effectively in a range of client environments
EDUCATION:
Minimum High School diploma
Computer and technology knowledge
