This is hybrid role - 2 days in office, 3 days WFH, in office every Tuesday and Thursday. There is a chance this contract will extend and conversion to full time role.
Pay rate: $59.83 - $72.90 / Hour
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00-5:00pm

Responsibilities
As a Planning Manager, your duties will include but not limited to:
•Managing the financial month end processes including accruals and recovery reporting, monitoring forecast inputs for reasonability (NIE and MIS), and ensure full resource recovery on a monthly basis.
•Acting as a liaison with T&O Finance and WMTS on various month-end activities including payments vs recovery.
•Providing meaningful and ad hoc reporting and analysis on expenses, including professional fees spend, in order to ensure awareness and provoke corrective action where needed
•Project Management tool support (Planview and MIS), including understanding how to enter data into both systems, how they are linked together, and how to extract key project financial data from both systems.
•Annual/Quarterly Planning processes: Centrally collaborate with the Planning Management Teams to facilitate and manage effective planning of group NIE and MIS spend, ensuring alignment between planned IT and spend with BU demand
•Assessing gaps in the financial and planning processes, creating solutions to fix the gaps and utilizing change management techniques to effectively influence positive changes
•Supporting various ad-hoc requests and be the first point of contact for financial analysis for the area mgmt.
Qualifications
•Excellent Excel skills, expert level with macro experience
•Previous experience with Planning within Finance IT would be really good!
•Excellent communication skills
•Excellent time-management skills
•Process improvements
•Communication and analytical skills to speak to financial variances and performance
Nice to have:
•Working within another IT Planning group within the bank
