The Bilingual Pricing Analyst sits at the intersection of commercial sales, logistics finance, and broker management. Rather than dealing with end-consumer accounts, this position focuses heavily on business-to-business support for third-party distributors and agents.
The core function of this role is the rigorous validation of customer marketing agreement rebates and claims, ensuring financial accuracy across electronic funds transfer (EFT) payments. You will manage the administration of promotional pricing tools, track budgets against actual spend, and serve as the main, French-speaking point of contact for regional third-parties.
Advantages
Long-Term Potential: Initial 6-month contract with strong, written visibility into a 12-month extension or longer based on performance.
Modern Hybrid Structure: Enjoy the flexibility of working from home 4 days a week, with just one structured anchor day (Tuesday) in a highly collaborative, central downtown office space for team networking.

Pricing & Contract Administration: Manage and submit annual and promotional pricing contracts into the proprietary commercial system on behalf of the sales team.
Agent Communication & Support: Serve as the primary liaison to third-party agents and brokers, communicating all annual and promotional pricing updates seamlessly in French.
Reporting & Budget Management: Produce comprehensive monthly reports for the sales team to track commercial spend against budget expectations. Identify, analyze, and call out financial risks and opportunities.
Financial Processing: Manage customer payment processing via cheque and electronic funds transfer (EFT). Accurately assess claims against established accruals.
Subledger Support: Participate in and support subledger process meetings, collaborating directly with the Sales Team to estimate monthly commercial spend.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bilingualism: Absolute fluency in both French and English (written and verbal) is required to manage Quebec-based broker communications. (Language skills will be assessed during the interview process).
Technical Toolkit: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas) is mandatory. Ability to navigate and run data queries within Microsoft Access databases is highly preferred. Macros is a definite plus!
Experience: Strong background in pricing analysis, commercial finance, or rebate auditing, ideally within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), logistics, or manufacturing environment.
