As a Senior Systems and Network Technician, your daily work will combine resolving complex Level 2 incidents with the proactive management, optimization, and monitoring of the institution's technology infrastructure.

Responsibilities
Handle complex incidents, provide high-level support, and guide users in adopting and optimizing their collaborative work tools.
Perform advanced troubleshooting and ongoing maintenance of server environments, virtualization solutions, and network architectures to ensure optimal connectivity and performance.
Configure and evolve cloud-based productivity solutions and identity and access management systems, while managing the secure, automated deployment of the entire fleet of devices and mobile endpoints.
Proactively monitor system health to prevent failures and minimize service disruptions. Implement operational cybersecurity best practices, ensuring the rigorous deployment of patches and data protection policies.
Qualifications
Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in Computer Science (networking specialization) or equivalent experience
Minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant experience, demonstrating a high level of technical autonomy
Strong command of Windows server environments and the Microsoft Cloud ecosystem (M365/Azure/Intune), along with a solid foundation in networking; knowledge of PowerShell is a major asset
Resourcefulness, keen analytical skills, collaborative leadership, and a curiosity for technology
