Responsibilities
- Supervise production planning team, improve and assess their skills and competencies.
- Prepare short and mid term production plans.
- Develop planning requirement process and prepare material requirements plan.
- Communicate and publish production plans, material requirements, planned downtimes, etc. across all operational departments.
- Set up all necessary procedures and instructions to meet the internal requirements of the planning process specifically SAP Production Planning and detailed scheduling PPDS.
- Supervise and ensure EMS and QMS (related to Production Planning) are effective and complying with legal requirements.
Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree or college diploma with 3+ years of experience in planning in a manufacturing plant.
- Knowledge of production planning and production cost calculation.
- Experience in ERP System (SAP is preferred)
- Advance computer skills such as MS office and PowerBi..
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to supervise teams and promote cross-functional teams cooperation.
