Option A: The Rising Star
Experience: 1–3 years in a PMO, project coordination, or analyst role.
Tech Skills: Comfortable navigating D365 Project Operations, entering data, maintaining systems, and building basic Power BI reports.
Mindset: Proactive, organized, dependable, and a fast learner.
Option B: The Project Operations SME
Experience: Advanced background in enterprise PMO environments.
Tech Skills: Deep mastery of D365 Project Operations, plus the ability to create advanced Power BI dashboards and leverage Power Automate to eliminate manual handoffs and streamline workflows.
