We are looking for a highly organized and data-driven project manager to support Marketing projects and events. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, experience in bringing marketing activations to life. You will report to the Senior Product Marketing Manager on the Canada Marketing team, enabling the team by managing project and event timelines, logistics, execution and cross functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities
•Manage project timelines and the budget process across Google/YouTube programs and events
•Help conceptualize, produce, and track events and marketing programs on the Google/YouTube business, ranging from tentpole moments to practitioner programming
•Interact with and manage multiple vendors, agencies, product teams, partners and a wide range of cross-functional groups within Google/YouTube.
Deliverables:
•Project/ Events management
oLogistics and event production to support Google and YouTube events and initiatives
oDevelop project plans inclusive of workback schedules and budgets
oLogistics and event production for industry/B2B programs
•Manage agency relationships
oBudgets
oCollateral
oWorkback schedules
oRelationship management
•Process Optimization:
oIdentify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve communication, and enhance efficiency within the marketing team.
oBudget and agency/vendor management
oOwnership of workback schedules and scheduling for the team
oOutline dependencies and opportunity costs
oKeeping regional and global trackers up to date
oManaging localization approvals process
•Stakeholder management:
oCollaborate effectively with internal teams (comms, sales, legal, global marketing)
oWork closely with external vendors ( agencies) to maintain project alignment and meet deadlines
•Project/Campaign Management & Reporting:
oTrack campaign performance using relevant KPIs
oAnalyze results
oSupport project recaps/post-mortems
Qualifications
MandatoryRequired Qualifications:
•BA or BS degree (In lieu of degree, 4 years of relevant work experience)
•3+ years marketing, events or project management experience
•Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects or programming
DesiredPreferred Qualifications:
•Experience managing projects and events
•Internal and external stakeholder management
•Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally with a large team
•Strong problem solving skills plus the confidence to lead with a point of view
•Budget Management experience
•Experience with campaign tracking, measuring and reporting
